Using the app

One Xreflection — Calm is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may install and use it on devices you own, in line with the App Store terms. Please do not copy, resell, decompile or redistribute the app or its audio and session content.

A health note

The app offers general movement and breathing guidance. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are pregnant, recovering from injury or living with a heart, lung or blood-pressure condition, speak to your doctor before practising. Move gently, stop if something hurts, and never practise a breathing pattern while driving or in water.

Your content and data

Custom sessions and practice history you create stay on your device. You are responsible for your own device backups; we cannot recover data we never receive.

Availability and changes

We may update the app to add flows, improve pacing or fix issues. Features can change or be removed between versions.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, loss of data, or any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Governing terms

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the developer's place of business. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
