Privacy Policy
Plain English, and short — because the app is built so there is very little to say.
Everything stays on your device
Your sessions, custom flows, practice minutes, streaks and settings are stored locally on your iPhone or iPad. We operate no server that receives them, and nothing is uploaded or backed up to us. If you delete the app, that data is removed with it.
No account, no registration
You never create an account, sign in, or give us a name, email address or phone number to use the app. There is no login screen because there is nothing to log in to.
No personal data collected
We do not collect, store, sell or share personal information. The app does not request access to your contacts, photos, location, microphone or health data.
No ads, no third-party analytics
There are no advertisements, no advertising identifiers, no tracking SDKs and no analytics or crash-reporting services embedded in the app. Nothing about your practice is measured by anyone but you.
Works offline
All flows, breathing patterns and ambient tracks ship inside the app. It runs with no network connection, so there is no ordinary situation in which the app transmits anything at all.
Children
Because the app collects no personal data from anyone, it collects none from children either.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date below.
